World of Outlaws Tickets on Sale for Visit to Lakeside Speedway on Oct. 16

Tickets are now on sale for the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kan., on Friday, Oct.16. Tickets can be purchased online at slspromotions.ticketforce.com or by calling SLS Promotions at 815-344-2023 and at the track on race day. 
 
Due to social distancing measures in place for the event, a number of rows in each section will not be available for seating. Also, Pit Combo tickets WILL NOT be available. 
 
Donny Schatz won at Lakeside Speedway last year, which marked the first victory for a Ford-powered Sprint Car in World of Outlaws competition, since 1998. 
 
Daryn Pittman was victorious at Lakeside Speedway in 2018, which marked his second-career win at the track. Brian Brown scored a very popular win at his home track of Lakeside in 2017. Brad Sweet, the reigning World of Outlaws champion and current series point leader, is also a past winner at the track with the series. 
 
Along with Schatz, Pittman and Sweet, another talented group of drivers in on the Outlaws tour this year, including Carson Macedo, who is fourth in points, Sheldon Haudenschild, who sits fifth in the standings. David Gravel, who despite missing two races for NASCAR and ARCA commitments, is sixth. Pittman is currently seventh in the standings, with Jacob Allen eighth, Parker Price-Miller ninth and Kraig Kinser 10th. Jason Sides is just outside of the top-10. Veteran driver Bill Rose is also back on the road full-time with the Outlaws this season. 
 
Mason Daniel and Wayne Johnson are battling for the Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year Awards. Daniel, whose team is based out of Danny Lasoski’s shop in Missouri, leads the rookie battle.
