Legacy Behind Seven

Though Jason Sides has stepped out of the driver's seat, his legacy at Ohsweken Speedway remains firmly intact. During the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series' first visits to the Canadian oval, Sides dominated by winning three of the first four events, cementing his place in the track's Outlaw history.
When the series returned to Ohsweken in 2025, Canton, Illinois' Chris Windom, now behind the wheel of the Sides Motorsports No. 7S, made an immediate impression in his debut at the track. Windom qualified near the front both nights, starting inside the top three each feature, before recording finishes of 10th and fifth. This weekend, he'll look to build on that promising debut, rekindle the team's winning tradition at Ohsweken, and return the iconic No. 7S to Victory Lane in the Great North.
