Outlaws unleashed at half-mile of Calistoga Speedway Saturday & Sunday

 

CALISTOGA, Calif. — April 2, 2014 — The World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series continues its California Spring Break tour with a two-day showdown at half-mile Calistoga Speedway. The event marks the first 2-day World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series show at the track since the 2007 season when Danny Lasoski swept both days.

 

Current points leader Paul McMahan, a former Calistoga track champion, is among the Outlaws looking forward to this weekend as he tries to continue building his championship lead. McMahan leads five-time champion Donny Schatz by nine points entering Saturday night’s action. WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, April 5-6, at the Calistoga Speedway. Racing begins at 7 p.m. Saturday and 6 p.m. Sunday.

 

WHERE: Calistoga Speedway is located in Calistoga, Calif. From Sacramento: Take I-80 East toward San Francisco. Take Highway 12 East toward Napa. Stay on Highway 12 as it becomes Highway 29. Turn Right at Highway 29/Lincoln Avenue in Calistoga. Turn Left at Washington Street. Turn Right on North Oak Street. Calistoga Speedway will be on your left.
