CURRENT POINTS LEADER: Brandon Sheppard’s first season as the driver of the Longhorn Factory Team is off to a strong start, with the pilot of the #B5 finishing sixth and fifth at the Illini 100, respectively. The New Berlin, IL driver had to work extra hard on Saturday to earn the top-five by moving up 18 spots from his initial 23rd starting spot – awarding him as the Feature’s Fox Factory Hard Charger. The results extended his points lead to 24 points over Chris Madden.

MAKING MOVES:

Bobby Pierce (+8): The reigning Series champion had two outstanding nights at Farmer City Raceway to place himself back into contention to go back-to-back in 2024. The weekend included an exciting second-place finish to Nick Hoffman on Friday, then commanded the 60-lap finale on Saturday to win his second Illini 100 Feature. The weekend catapults the Oakwood, IL driver up to eighth in points.

Nick Hoffman (+2): The sophomore standout from Tye Twarog Racing has continued to apply the pressure to the veterans, becoming the first Outlaw to win multiple races in 2024 after a heart-pumping photo finish with Pierce on Friday night that saw Hoffman win the race on the horse track of Farmer City. Hoffman, of Mooresville, NC, followed that up with a second-place run to Pierce on Saturday – boosting the #9 to third in the standings (34 points behind Sheppard).

Cade Dillard (-1): The Robeline, LA driver showed up in Illinois with a fast #97 to show for – adding to his streak of finishing inside the top-10 in every World of Outlaws CASE Late Models Feature in 2024 with a podium finish on Friday night and an eighth-place finish on Saturday night.
