The World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series will host a doubleheader event with limited fans on June 5-6, with the track being announced soon.

The event will replace the previously scheduled races at River Cities Speedway and Granite Speedway, which were canceled along with the June 19 event at Dubuque Speedway, due to ongoing mass gathering restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Those three events will not be rescheduled.

The exciting new two-day event will see a star-studded field of drivers — including reigning champion Brad Sweet, 10-time Series champion Donny Schatz and 2019 Knoxville Nationals winner David Gravel — battle for glory, again showing fans why the World of Outlaws is “The Greatest Show on Dirt.”

The River Cities Speedway event scheduled for Aug. 21 is still on.

Those who purchased tickets to the three canceled events through SLS Promotions online or over the phone, will automatically receive a refund to the credit card/debit card that was used to purchase the tickets. Allow one full billing cycle on your credit card to apply. Seating will revert back to the 2019 seating arrangement for the June 2021 River Cities Speedway event.

Until then, make sure to catch the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars’ RETURN to RACING at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 this weekend, May 22-23, LIVE on DIRTVision.
