World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series at a Glance: Invading Indiana’s Tri-State Speedway and Seeking Sunny Skies at Oklahoma’s Salina Highbanks Speedway

CONCORD, N.C. – April 25, 2011 – The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series seeks sunny skies to finally get its Midwest swing under way on Saturday, April 30, at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstandt, Ind.
