SHOW TIME: Stage is Set for $30,000-to-win Firecracker Finale at Lernerville

Welcome to the Firecracker finale!

The docket for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series tonight includes four heat races, two Last Chance Showdown’s, and a 50-lap, $30,000-to-win main event airing LIVE on CBS Sports Network at 9:00pm ET.

Heat races have been established by preliminary finishes from Thursday and Friday night at Lernerville Speedway. The ten-lap heat races will take the winners and second-place finishers to the Morton Buildings feature redraw, while third-place and fourth-place finishers also transfer straight to the 50-lap finale. Fifth-place on back will split into a pair of ten-lap Last Chance Showdown’s with the top three finishers from each transferring. A pair of World of Outlaws point provisionals and a pair of Lernerville Speedway provisionals will round out the 26-car field.

Pits will open at 3:00pm followed by the main gates opening at 4:00pm with hot laps going LIVE on DIRTVision at 6:00pm ET. General admission tickets are still available for purchase at the gate for those in the area.
