MIDDLEBOURNE, W.V. – May 28, 2016 – Shinnston, W.V.-native Josh Richards wins the first night of the Jackpot 100 weekend at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, W.V. Richards is the first World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series driver to repeat at the track since Darrell Lanigan in 2012-13.
