CONCORD, NC – November 1, 2018 – Night one of the World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am Off Road from The Dirt Track at Charlotte got off to a great start on Thursday afternoon, with Super DIRTcar Series qualifying sessions rolling onto the track promptly at 3:45. Things didn’t end very well for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Models, though, as their final qualifying session of the evening was halted by Mother Nature.

CONCORD, NC — Oct. 31, 2018 — Due to potential showers and thunderstorms on Thursday evening — the first night of the World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am — World of Outlaws and Charlotte Motor Speedway officials have decided to move the race schedule up an hour in order to get the program in before any impending weather hits.

Zach Leonhardi Captures World of Outlaws Late Model iRacing Championship

BEDFORD, MA — October 19, 2018 – Zach Leonhardi clinched the inaugural World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model iRacing Championship with a victory at The Dirt Track at Charlotte on Monday night. Leonhardi takes home $5,300 cash for the championship and weekly purses, a World of Outlaws championship trophy and a dirt racing experience prize package with Clint Bowyer Racing. In total Leonhardi walks away with more than $10,000 in cash and prizes for his championship. He will also be recognized at the World of Outlaws banquet on November 4 as an official champion of the sanctioning body.

Can-Am Named Title Sponsor of World of Outlaws World Finals

CONCORD, NC — Oct. 3, 2018 — Dirt racing’s biggest spectacle of speed will have a new name this fall, as Can-Am – an industry-leading division of Bombardier Recreational Products – has signed on as title sponsor of the Nov. 1-3 World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am at The Dirt Track at Charlotte.

World of Outlaws Shows Will Air Sundays on CBS Sports Network from October 21 through December 23

CONCORD, NC — Sept. 30, 2018 — The World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model and Sprint Car Series are excited to announce this year’s television partnership with the CBS Sports Network is set to commence next month, on October 21, with the airing of the 2018 Kings Royal at Eldora Speedway.

The World of Outlaws and the DIRTvision production team worked with National Speed Sport News to produce eight hours of television, including shows from the Kings Royal at Eldora Speedway (OH), the Prairie Dirt Classic at Fairbury American Legion Speedway (IL) — televised to a national audience for the first time ever — and the World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am at The Dirt Track at Charlotte (NC).

Only six races remain on the schedule, but the action is far from over as the Series prepares for Charlotte

CONCORD, NC – Sept. 15, 2018 – It’s been a long and grueling season for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Models, traveling to 28 tracks across 18 different states for a total of 36 races. Of the 49 events on the official Series schedule, seven were cancelled by inclement weather or scheduling conflicts, 36 have been completed and only six remain.
