CONCORD, NC – Nov. 19, 2018 – The 2019 World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series tour will feature some of the biggest fan-favorite events in Dirt Late Model racing. While the full schedule will be released in early December, series officials are eager to share a series of monthly destination events, including a new, two-day Labor Day weekend race at Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio.
CONCORD, NC – November 3, 2018 – 2004 Series Champion Scott Bloomquist picks up his second win of the year in dominating fashion, leading all 50 laps on his way to a big $12,000 check. Jonathan Davenport charged from 13th to come home second, Brandon Sheppard in third from eighth. Mike Marlar clinched his first Series title after a sixth-place finish over 2017 Champion Sheppard.
CONCORD, NC – November 3, 2018 – What once started earlier this year, all the way back in February at the Volusia Speedway Park for the DIRTcar Nationals is now complete. The World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series wrapped up its 30th Anniversary tour on Saturday night at the Dirt Track at Charlotte in the World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am, where Scott Bloomquist won his first since Florida in February and fellow-Tennessee native Mike Marlar officially clinched his very first World of Outlaws championship points title.
CONCORD, NC – November 2, 2018 – Brandon Sheppard picked up his 13th win of the season in the Friday portion of the World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am Off Road over Tim McCreadie and Mike Marlar. Sheppard decreased the size of his points deficit by only six points, but gained a spot over Chris Madden after he broke an oil line early on in the race, ending his championship hopes.
CONCORD, NC – November 3, 2018 – The Friday portion of the 2018 World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am Off Road at the Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway was finally completed on Saturday afternoon, after it was rescheduled from Friday night due to the city of Charlotte’s curfew.
Brandon Sheppard collected his 13th win of the season and inched closer to a repeat championship, still to be decided in the Saturday portion. 2006 Series Champion Tim McCreadie gave “The Rocket Shepp” a good run through 50 laps, swapping the lead back and forth several times, but was unable to catch and pass Sheppard in the end.
CONCORD, NC – November 2, 2018 – Night number two of the World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am Off Road from The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway got off to a delayed start on Friday night, as rain around the Concord area delayed the show’s start time until just after 8 p.m.
CONCORD, NC – November 1, 2018 – Night one of the World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am Off Road from The Dirt Track at Charlotte got off to a great start on Thursday afternoon, with Super DIRTcar Series qualifying sessions rolling onto the track promptly at 3:45. Things didn’t end very well for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Models, though, as their final qualifying session of the evening was halted by Mother Nature.
CONCORD, NC — Oct. 31, 2018 — Due to potential showers and thunderstorms on Thursday evening — the first night of the World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Can-Am — World of Outlaws and Charlotte Motor Speedway officials have decided to move the race schedule up an hour in order to get the program in before any impending weather hits.

BEDFORD, MA — October 19, 2018 – Zach Leonhardi clinched the inaugural World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model iRacing Championship with a victory at The Dirt Track at Charlotte on Monday night. Leonhardi takes home $5,300 cash for the championship and weekly purses, a World of Outlaws championship trophy and a dirt racing experience prize package with Clint Bowyer Racing. In total Leonhardi walks away with more than $10,000 in cash and prizes for his championship. He will also be recognized at the World of Outlaws banquet on November 4 as an official champion of the sanctioning body.
