With inclement weather projected to hit Port Royal Saturday evening World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series and Port Royal Speedway officials are taking the proactive step of moving up the start times for Saturday’s race.
Front gates and pit gates will open at 11 a.m. Cars are now scheduled to be on track for motor heat and Hot Laps by 1 p.m. and opening ceremonies is scheduled to take place at 2 p.m. All times are tentative based on the weather.
Tickets already purchased for Saturday’s event will still be honored.
