SLS Promotions Continues Clay County Fair Tradition
SPENCER, Iowa – May 29, 2013 – For the past seven seasons, Craig Dollansky Racing Promotions has brought the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series to the Clay County Fair Speedway in Spencer, Iowa. The annual event will continue in 2013, and beyond, under the leadership of SLS Promotions.
This year’s Arnold Motor Supply “SHOOTOUT” is being promoted by SLS Promotions (http://www.slspromotions.com). SLS Promotions has many years experience in promoting World of Outlaws events at 20 venues across the U.S. and into Canada.
“Turning this event over to SLS is a bittersweet transition for us,” said Craig Dollansky. “It is in my wife’s hometown, and we have been very proud to host this event, but it has become increasingly more difficult to do, given our schedule as a competitor in the sport. We are confident that SLS will continue the tradition of bringing a great racing show to The Clay County Fair, and want to personally thank all the sponsors and people who have supported us over the years.”
With this change, there will be different points of sale to reserve your seats for the event on Friday, Sept. 13, 2013. Tickets will go on sale June 1, 2013. Previous years’ ticket holders’ tickets will be held in reserve until July 1, 2013 giving fans one month to retain the same seats that they have held in the past.
