Your Stories, Our History: The World of Outlaws Celebrates 40 Years
CONCORD, NC — April 26, 2018 — As part of its 40th anniversary celebration the World of Outlaw is kicking off a season-long #MyOutlawMoment campaign in time for the Texas Outlaw Nationals at Devil’s Bowl Speedway, site of the very first World of Outlaws race in 1978.
After four decades, the World of Outlaws has an incredibly rich collective history, consisting of stories from drivers, teams, crew, officials, partners, fans, and all involved — and new ones are created every day.
The #MyOutlawMoment campaign encourages everyone to share their most memorable Outlaw moments and add them to the Series history.
Share your stories on Twitter or Instagram, with the hashtag #MyOutlawMoment. While the individual posts will live on their respective social platforms, all #MyOutlawMoment stories will be pulled into a hashtag gallery on the Series websites for everyone to enjoy.
Throughout the season, the Series will be highlighting some of the best stories at out events, online, and on dirtvision.com broadcasts. Tune in and enjoy some of the best moments in Series history.
