Tim Fuller has been following the World of Outlaws Late Model Series religiously since 2007. He wants to continue chasing the circuit, this year and for many years down the road.
But even though the New Yorker is firmly established as one of the top drivers on the national tour, he hasn’t performed up to his lofty expectations in recent seasons. And for that reason, he’s had to make the difficult decision to step back and reevaluate his racing program from outside the high profile of the World of Outlaws tour.
