Tire Rules Announced for WoO LMS Events through Cedar Lake’s USA Nationals July 31 – Aug. 2
CONCORD, N.C. – July 21, 2014 – World of Outlaws Late Model Series officials have set the tire rules for the national tour’s upcoming events in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin.
All entrants for the WoO LMS events at Independence (Iowa) Speedway on Thursday, July 24 and Shawano (Wis.) Speedway on Tuesday, July 29 will be required to use Hoosier LM 20-, 30-, 40- and WRS 55-compound tires.
The $25,000-to-win Prairie Dirt Classic at Fairbury (Ill.) American Legion Speedway July 25-26 will require Hoosier LM 20-, 30- and 40-compound tires only.
All events during the USA Nationals weekend July 31 – Aug. 2 at Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wis. – including the $50,000-to-win USA Nationals main event – will use LM-40 WRS 55- and 1600-compound tires (no white dots).
Tire rules for upcoming events:
Independence and Shawano: Hoosier LM 20, 30, 40 and WRS 55
Fairbury: Hoosier LM 20, 30 and 40
Cedar Lake: Hoosier LM 40, WRS 55 and 1600 (no white dots)
