Tire Rules Set For May World of Outlaws Late Model Series Events
CONCORD, N.C. – April 15, 2015 – World of Outlaws Late Model Series officials have set the tire rules for all of national tour’s events in May.
All entrants for the May 1-2 doubleheader at Friendship Motor Speedway in Elkin, N.C., and Fayetteville (N.C.) Motor Speedway and the May 8-9 doubleheader at Ponderosa Speedway in Calvert City, Ky., and Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn., will be required to use Hoosier compounds 1300, 1350, 1450 or 1600 or American Racer compounds 44, 48, 53 or 56.
For the Jackpot 100 weekend May 23-24 at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, W.Va., tire options will be Hoosier compounds 1300, 1325, 1450 or 1600 or American Racer compounds 44, 48, 53 or 56.
Tire rule for Friendship, Fayetteville, Ponderosa and Smoky Mountain:
Hoosier: 1300, 1350, 1450, 1600
American Racer: 44, 48, 53, 56
Tire rule for the Jackpot 100 Weekend at Tyler County:
Hoosier: 1300, 1325, 1450, 1600
American Racer: 44, 48, 53, 56
