After hearing Tyler Erb’s appeal on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, regarding the penalty incurred at Cedar Lake Speedway on August 8, 2020, the World Racing Group Appeal Commission has determined the following:
• To uphold the original penalty that was issued to you regarding your violation outlined in section 11.1 – C/11.1 – F/11.1 – J in the rule book.
• A pre-approved anger management class must be taken prior to being eligible to apply for reinstatement.
As a member in good standing, and according to Section 12 of the Series Rule Book, a request for review by the Chairman Potestas may be considered.
