After an altercation in Victory Lane during the final night of the 2024 World of Outlaws World Finals, Team 22 Inc. (Car No. 44) has been fined $500, while the team’s driver Chris Madden and the team’s crew member Brian Morabito have been placed on probation.
During World of Outlaws CASE Construction Equipment Late Models Victory Lane on Saturday, Nov. 9, a physical altercation occurred. After review of the video footage, two members of Team 22 Inc. – identified as Madden and Morabito – made clear and aggressive physical contact with two other separate individuals.
With that being a rules violation under the World of Outlaws, Team 22 Inc. (Car No. 44) was given a monetary fine and Madden and Morabito have been placed on probation through April 30, 2025. They will remain on probation until that date regardless of the race team the two individuals are associated with.

World Racing Group Rulebook: Section 7.F: – Any member and/or participant involved in an altercation that results in physical contact will be subject to penalty and/or disqualification and/or fine and/or suspension and/or legal action and/or any other action deemed appropriate by World Racing Group Supervisory Officials.
