In 2025, Skylar Gee decided he was ready to be a part of The Greatest Show on Dirt. The 25-year-old out of Leduc, AB, Canada took on his first World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car tour aboard the Logan Fenton Racing No. 99 amid one of the most competitive rookie classes in Series history.
Gee followed in the footsteps of his father, Tim Gee, who competed with the World of Outlaws full-time for multiple seasons in the 1980s and is one of two Canadian-born Feature winners. Skylar made the leap after years of getting his feet wet traveling with tours like the American Sprint Car Series and All Star Circuit of Champions.
Gee and Logan Fenton Racing parted ways following the 2025 campaign, but Gee found a route back to the World of Outlaws in 2026. With Scotty Thiel and Greg Wheeler Motorsports going different directions, Gee was hired to drive Wheeler's No. 16C for the remainder of the season.
