Pulls away to capture win No. 17, tying single season record
LAKE CITY, Mich. – August 28, 2016 – Josh Richards won the Keyser Manufacturing Great Lakes Shootout decisively Sunday night at Merritt Speedway. With his 17th trip to victory lane, Richards tied the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series record for most wins in a season.

MINOT, N.D. — Aug. 28, 2016 — It took Donny Schatz until his seventh start to win at his home track of Nodak Speedway in Minot, North Dakota with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series. Since that victory in 2012, he been undefeated in the Gerdau Magic City Showdown. Schatz extended his win streak at Nodak Speedway to five, after leading flag-to-flag on Sunday night at the three-eighths-mile.
MINOT, N.D. — Aug 28, 2016 — Donny Schatz‘s dominance of Nodak Speedway — and his home state in general — continued Sunday night as he led the feature to his 20th World of Outlaws Craftsman® Sprint Car Series victory of 2016. Jason Johson, Daryn Pittman, Logan Schuchart, and David Gravel rounded out the top five.
