CONCORD, N.C — November 5, 2011 — Donny Schatz put an exclamation point on the 2011 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series season Saturday night. A four time series champion, Schatz won the final two races of the season at the Lowes Foods World Finals presented by Tom’s Snacks, Coca-Cola and Nature’s Own at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Schatz backed up his dominating performance on Friday with an exciting restart pass on Kerry Madsen in the season finale.

11/4/11 – Lowes Foods World Finals Night 1 – The DIRT Track at Charlotte
Even though he won’t claim a fifth series title this season, Donny Schatz is ending 2011 in a high note. Coming into the Lowes Foods World Finals presented by Tom’s Snacks, Coca-Cola and Nature’s Own, Schatz holds a slim lead over teammate Steve Kinser for the second spot in the series standings. A strong qualifying effort propelled Schatz to the pole of the night’s feature event where he led all thirty laps to secure his fifth career win at the Dirt Track at Charlotte.
11/3/11 – Kellogg’s Qualifying Night – The DIRT Track at Charlotte
CONCORD, N.C. — November 3, 2011 — The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series began its final weekend of racing with Kellogg’s Qualifying Night at the Fifth Annual Lowes Foods World Finals Presented by Tom’s Snacks, Coca-Cola and Nature’s Own. Sam Hafertepe Jr. timed in quickest for Friday night’s event while time trials slated for Saturday’s program were postponed to Friday by rain. (Click here for full race report)
10/22/11 – Sage Fruit Showdown – Talladega Short Track
EASTABOGA, Ala. — Oct. 22, 2011 — David Gravel was able to do something in the Sage Fruit Showdown at the Talladega Short Track that no one else has been able to do in the last five World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. 10/15/2011 – Fremont Speedway
FREMONT, Ohio — Oct. 15, 2011 — Jason Meyers had an opportunity and took it. The move paid dividends for Meyers as he claimed his fifth consecutive World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series win. 10/08/2011 – Rolling Wheels Raceway Park
ELBRIDGE, N.Y. — Oct. 8, 2011 — Jason Meyers continues to be unbeatable on the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series circuit. The 2010 series champion picked up his fourth win in a row in high style. As he led all 25 laps in the STP Shootout at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park in Elbridge, N.Y. to claim his 8th victory on the season. MECHANICSBURG, Pa — Oct. 7, 2011 — It’s been said that the best way to protect a points lead is to win races. Jason Meyers did just that as he continued his winning ways by taking the checkers in the $50,000 to win National Open at Williams Grove Speedway.
