FAYETTEVILLE, NC- May 12, 2018- Jimmy Owens outran the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series regulars at Fayetteville Motor Speedway to claim a $25,001 payday during the inaugural First in Flight 100 presented by Hoker Trucking. The veteran driver of Newport, TN also collected an extra $2,001 on Friday evening after winning the 10-lap “Big C Dash for Cash” which honored the late Carlton Lamm.

FAYETTEVILLE, NC– May 11, 2018– Jimmy Owens joined the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series at Fayetteville Motor Speedway for the preliminary night of the First in Flight 100. Owens claimed the PFC Breaks Fast Time Award (and set a new track record of 15.839 around the 4/10-mile), drew the pole position and claimed a $2,001 victory during the Big C Dash for Cash

SENOIA, GA– May 5, 2018– Chris Madden wheeled his way to victory at Senoia Raceway for the 4th annual Billy Clanton Classic. The Gray Court, SC driver collected his second World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series win of the season.
05/04/18- Cherokee Speedway
GAFFNEY, SC– May 4, 2018– Mike Marlar claimed his first World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series win of the 2018 season at Cherokee Speedway in front of a full crowd. The Winfield Warrior led all 50-laps en route to victory but it wasn’t an easy stroll out front.
05/03/18- Lavonia Speedway
LAVONIA, GA– May 3, 2018– Brandon Sheppard led flag-to-flag in front of a packed house at Lavonia Speedway to claim his third World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series feature of the 2018 season.
The New Berlin, Ill. driver entered the event at Lavonia 40-points behind Chris Madden in the Series point standings. Unfortunately for Madden, on the half-way mark of the feature he suffered from a broken rear end which took him out of the remainder of the race. Sheppard and Madden are now tied for first in the point standings with 986 points.
04/28/18- Smoky Mountain Speedway
MARYVILLE, TN– April 28, 2018– The fifth annual Tennessee Tipoff at Smoky Mountain Speedway concluded on Saturday evening. Dale McDowell led flag-to-flag in the 50-lap main event to claim the $10,000 check and collect his second World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series victory of the 2018 season.
04/21/18- Whynot Motorsports Park
MERIDIAN, MS– April 21, 2018– The “House of Hook” at Whynot Motorsports Park lived up to its name on Saturday evening for the finale of the Queen City Shootout. The World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series’ 50 lap feature event saw multiple lanes of hooked-up racing. When the checkered flag waved for the final time of the evening, it was Billy Moyer Jr. who was the best of the field claiming his first World of Outlaws win of the 2018 season and third all-time Series win.
04/20/18 – Whynot Motorsports Park
MERIDIAN, MS– April 20, 2018– The World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series returned to action on Friday evening at Whynot Motorsports Park for the first of two nights for the inaugural Queen City Shootout. This was the Series first race in 62 days due to several cancellations for weather, but Mother Nature finally showed some mercy and the 50-lap feature was worth the wait. The 2017 World of Outlaws Champion Brandon Sheppard charged from 12th to collect his second win of the 2018 season.
02/17/18 – DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park
BARBERVILLE, FL – Feb. 17, 2018 – Brandon Sheppard sailed to his first victory with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series in 2018 on the final night of the 47th annual DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park. With 44 of the best Late Model drivers in the country competing with the Series on Saturday, it wasn’t a straight shot to Victory Lane. Claiming the lead on lap 14, Sheppard had to fend off charges from Mike Marlar, Chris Madden and Rick Eckert.
02/16/18 – DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park
BARBERVILLE, FL – Feb. 16, 2018 – Florida turned into the Black Sunshine state on Friday night after Scott Bloomquist swept the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series show claiming the PFC Brakes Fast Time Award, a heat win, and collected the $10,000 payday.
