DIRTcar Nationals Thursday Program Cancelled Due to Persistent Rain in Area
Event will resume Friday as regularly scheduled with the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series and the Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds
BARBERVILLE, Fla. – February 23, 2017 – Night 10 of DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park has been cancelled due to an extended heavy rain storm that hit the area on Wednesday and Thursday and a forecast of continued rain well into the day.

BARBERVILLE, Fla. – February 22, 2017 – Night nine of DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park has been cancelled due to a heavy rain storm that hit the area on Wednesday morning and a forecast of continued rain throughout the day.
Sylvania, Ga. — February 18, 2017— The second night of Winter Freeze VII had everyone in the crowd sitting on their edge of their seats for all 50-laps of the Craftsman Club Feature. For 45 of the 50-laps tonight for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series event at Screven Motor Speedway, Tyler Erb held on to the lead despite Billy Moyer Jr.’s effort to pass him on multiple restarts. It was ultimately Chris Madden who was able to overthrow the young gun Erb and claimed the $10,000-to-win event.

This time next month a new season will be underway for the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series. For the third year in a row the series will kick off at Screven Motorsports Complex on February 17-18 before the real madness begins at the 46th annual DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway Park.

CONCORD, N.C.– Jan. 25, 2016– Members of the Unified Late Model Council released a bulletin that further refined parameters effecting the suspension of dirt late models. All teams should refer to the series rulebooks for the complete rules and specifications.
