World of Outlaws History: Shane Stewart finished in the top-five in the World of Outlaws Point Standings once again in 2017, on the strength of 8 wins, 30 top-five and 56 top-ten finishes. Stewart won three races in an 11-day span during the Fall and scored another top-five finish at the Knoxville Nationals. With a re-branding to Kyle Larson Racing in 2018, Stewart and company have championship aspirations.

Shane Stewart and Larson Marks Racing completed their second full season with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series in 2016. Stewart recorded eight wins, 39 top-five and 66 top-ten performances, and five quick time awards.

During their first full Outlaws season together in 2015, the combination, led by crew chief Scotty Martin, picked up nine wins, 38 top-five finishes, 57 top-ten finishes, and 5 quick time awards. Stewart picked up a second place finish in the World of Outlaws championship standings and scored some of the most coveted wins on the series schedule, including his first ever Kings Royal win at Eldora Speedway and the Ironman 55 at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55.

The 2005 Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year ran a partial schedule in 2014 with Larson Marks Racing and took home two victories. His first of the season and first ever for his new team was at Eldora Speedway in May. He stood in Victory Lane again at Willamette Speedway where he ended the six-race win streak by Donny Schatz.

Previous Racing History: Stewart is the 2005 Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year award winner… He is a five-time 360 Knoxville Nationals Winner (2007, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013)… In 2009 and 2011 he won the ASCS National Champion…Stewart was the 2005 Knoxville Nationals Rookie of the Year.
