NEW RICHMOND, Wis. – June 30, 2013 – Sammy Swindell drove past Joey Saldana on a Lap 28 restart Sunday night at Cedar Lake Speedway and held on to win for his second World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series victory of the season and the seventh win of his career at the Wisconsin venue.
