Tyler Erb, driver of the No. 91 Late Model has violated section 2.2 / 11.1-J of the 2018 World of Outlaws Late Model Series Rule Book.
Section 2 – Membership 2.2 Conduct
A.) General – All Members agree to act in a professional manner as determined by World of Outlaws Late Model Series Officials. The professional manner includes, but is not limited to verbal representation, social media, text messages, written representation, any representation that may represent the sport of racing and/or motorsports in general and/or any affiliates.
11.1 Penalties and Fine Schedules
J. Any member involved in an altercation that results in physical contact will be subject to disqualification and/or fine and/or suspension and/or loss of points and/or any other action deemed appropriate by World of Outlaws Late Model Series Officials.
Erb has served his suspension from World of Outlaws Late Model Series competition for two Series events and was assessed a $500 fine. Erb has also been placed on probation through Dec. 31, 2018. Any subsequent violations may result in a higher fine schedule and/or suspension (including indefinite) and/or parking of the team.
