CONCORD, NC – August 22, 2018 – The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series and the newly-formed Sprint Car Council today announced rule changes for the 2019 racing season. The changes, structural in nature, are part of the ongoing effort to apply technological advances in the design and manufacture of equipment to enhance competition and safety.
CONCORD, NC — August 22, 2018 — The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series has announced a penalty to Chris Martin for violating the World of Outlaws Substance Abuse Policy during the Knoxville Nationals, August 9/10, at Knoxville Raceway. Per the Series rulebooks and the integrity of the sport, such infractions shall be announced. Members in good standing have the right to appeal the decision to the World of Outlaws Appeals Commission as provided in Section 12 of the General Rules and Specifications.
