Arctic Cat/Ford Performance Team Looking To Ignite Early Celebration

INDIANAPOLIS — June 29 2017 — The marathon that is the chase for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series championship continues this week as Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing’s (TSR) Donny Schatz leads the Outlaws to Minnesota and South Dakota to close out the month of June and open July.

Schatz will look to add to his series-leading win total of 12 starting with Thursday night’s Clash at the Creek at Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minnesota before he returns to South Dakota Saturday with an eye on making it two for two in World of Outlaws action at the Dakota State Fair Speedway in Huron.

06/28/17- Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway

JOLIET, IL— June 28, 2017— The World of Outlaws Craftsman® Late Model Series headed on to the track at the Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway for the FVP Outlaw Clay Classic 50 lap $10,000-to-win event at the same time that heavy rain and dangerous lightning moved into the area ultimately forcing the postponement of the event. The makeup date for the feature will be on Oct. 13 in addition to the already scheduled two-day event— the Chi Town Showdown on Oct. 13-14. The lineup for the postponed event is already set due to the completion of qualifying and heat races.

FVP Outlaw Clay Classic Postponed to Chi Town Showdown in October

JOLIET, IL— June 28, 2017— Heavy rain appeared in the area as the World of Outlaw Craftsman® Late Model Series pulled on to the track at the Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway for the FVP Outlaw Clay Classic. The rain, alongside reports of dangerous lightning from the Will County Sheriff’s department, have postponed the feature event of 50-laps to Oct. 13, 2017 during the Chi Town Showdown at the Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway. The lineup for the postponed event is already set from tonight’s qualifying and heat races. Tickets for Wednesday’s show will be honored at face value during the postponed date at the Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway.
