Sides Returns to the Road as 2016 Season Begins This Week in Florida
Inside Line Promotions – BARTLETT, Tenn. (Feb. 9, 2016) – It’s back to the gypsy life for Jason Sides as his 2016 season in the United States gets underway this week.
Sides, who is fresh off his trip to compete for several weeks in Australia, will invade Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Fla., for the 45th annual DIRTcar Nationals with the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions and the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series this Wednesday through Sunday.
“When everything is new it looks good and shiny and you just want to race,” he said. “It will be fun to see how it all works out, especially with the new tires.”
This week will be the first chance for Sides to test out the new tire rule featuring an 18-inch right rear as well as the change to the wicker bill on the top wing.
