BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — September 10, 2014 — Kraig Kinser has gotten plenty of windshield time over the last month as the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series has visited 10 tracks in five states and one Canadian province over the course of a grueling 13-race stretch, including seven shows in eight nights in Washington, Oregon and California. After putting in another 1,800 miles this week to get from California to Iowa, the second-generation driver will compete at Clay County Fair Speedway in Iowa, and Deer Creek Speedway in Minnesota, aboard the Mesilla Valley Transportation/Casey’s General Store/King Racing Products Maxim.

WEST COAST CLOSER: McMahan Leaves California Riding Strong
TELFORD, PA. – September 10, 2014 – Immersed amongst friends and family, Paul McMahan tried to accomplish a major goal during the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series second west coast swing.
In the end, what he was hoping was a story of victory turned into a story of battling through a set challenging situations.
“We battled back and went forward most of that four race stretch,” said McMahan, who is a Northern California native. “It was something everynight that seemed to challenge us but our team rose to the occasion.”
WoO Ventures to Deer Creek for Asgrow/DeKalb Clash at the Creek This Saturday

Inside Line Promotions – SPENCER, Iowa – Clay County Fair Speedway hosts the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series this Friday following an extensive trip along the West Coast.
The 3/8-mile track welcomes the premier sprint car series for The Arnold Motor Supply Shootout with associate sponsors Bob’s Bike Shop, H&N Chevrolet, Vanderhaag’s and Justice Brothers. It will mark the eighth straight year with a World of Outlaws race at the fairgrounds.
Schatz Closes Western Swing with Three Top-Six Finishes
The World of Outlaws (WoO) STP Sprint Car Series closed out a stretch of eight races in 10 nights over the weekend with three races in California, and Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Donny Schatz continued his championship aspirations with three top-six finishes at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico and at Antioch Speedway. The five-time WoO STP Sprint Car Series champion charged forward in the TSR No. 15 STP/Armor All/Crimsafe J&J both nights of the 61st annual Gold Cup Race of Champions, then closed the weekend with his series-best 53rd top-five finish Sunday.
Tony Stewart Racing Teammates Chasing Gold in California
INDIANAPOLIS (Sept. 4, 2014) – Tony Stewart Racing’s Steve Kinser made a career of winning Sprint car racing’s most prestigious events, and his TSR teammate Donny Schatz is racking an impressive win list of his own. The one marquee event on the World of Outlaws (WoO) STP Sprint Car Series schedule that has eluded both since 2005 is the crown jewel of the West – the Gold Cup Race of Champions at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, California. Kinser leads all drivers with 12 Gold Cup titles and Schatz is looking to win his second Gold Cup when the Outlaws return to Northern California for the 61st running of the event Friday and Saturday.
Shark Racing Willamette Race Report
LEBANON, Ore., Sept. 3 — It was another new track for World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series rookies Logan Schuchart and Jacob Allen Tuesday night when the series visited Willamette Speedway, but both Shark Racing drivers qualified for the 30-lap A-main and were running at the finish. Schuchart held off a hard-charging Jonathan Allard at the checkered flag and finished tenth. Allen was a little further back in the pack in 19th place, but his fastest race lap was just 0.104 of a second slower than his teammate in the very competitive field that saw 17 drivers break the track record in time trials.
FISHING FOR VICTORIES: CJB Motorsports Tackles Pacific Northwest
TELFORD, PA. – September 3, 2014 – Running 90 or more races throughout the year leaves little time for hobbies. Luckily, the grueling World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series schedule lightened up a bit and Paul McMahan was able to find a few days to pursue something other than a checkered flag.
“I don’t get much time during the season for my hobbies but I always make it a point to go fishing with friends when I am up in the Northwest, ” said McMahan, who is a Northern California native. “We always have a ball. The scenery is great and we actually managed to catch some fish.”

One week after successfully sweeping the World of Outlaws (WoO) STP Sprint Car Series 2014 Canadian tour, Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Donny Schatz continued his winning streak aboard the TSR No. 15 STP/Armor All/Crimsafe J&J with three more wins over Labor Day weekend. Schatz swept the state of Washington, winning twice at Skagit Speedway in Alger Friday and Saturday, then closing out the weekend Monday night with his 20th win of the season at Grays Harbor Raceway Park in Elma.
