2012 Recap: Kraig Kinser

Kraig Kinser – 6th in the World of Outlaws Standings

Kraig Kinser earned his second-best finish with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series and was in the hunt in one of the closest championship chases through the first half of the season before placing sixth in the standings.

Kinser and his team corralled all four of its victories in a 12-race span in June and early July, including notable wins in the Kasey Kahne Challenge event at Kokomo Speedway, The Duel in the Dakotas at River Cities Speedway, the Boot Hill Showdown at Dodge City Raceway Park and the Jim “JB” Boyd Memorial at Beaver Dam Raceway.

The wins, added to his previous 10, moved Kinser into the top 20 on the all-time list and were his most in a season since a career-high seven in 2005.
