World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series at a Glance:

Belleville (Kan.) High Banks and Lakeside (Kansas City, Kan.) Speedway

CONCORD, N.C. — May 29, 2011 — The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series is kicking off the month of June with a trip to Kansas and two of the most exciting dates on the summer schedule. On Friday, June 3, the Outlaws will make a long-anticipated return to the Belleville High Banks, a speedway the series hasn’t visited since 1981. The following night, Saturday, June 4, the ‘Greatest Show on Dirt,’ will invade Lakeside Speedway for the 10th time in series history. Last year, 20-time champion Steve Kinser won an exciting shootout at Lakeside and looks to use experience there to wrestle the points lead away from Joey Saldana. Kinser had given up a large lead early on but has regained traction on the season and is now within nine points of Saldana’s #9 Red Bull Maxim following the action on Saturday night at The Dirt Track at Charlotte.
